Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4166666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in Solar System supply and installation works. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Trade License & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Concerned officer of the department from a Government or Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
d) The Experience certificate with concerned NOA must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.
e) Valid documents regarding Liquid asset, Annual construction turn over, Financial Solvency and Tender capacity shall be submitted along with the tender.
f) Catalogue/ Detail Technical Specification of the proposed solar system shall be submitted along with the tender.
g) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS and PPA-2006, PPR-2008 (with latest amendment)
