Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 40000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 120000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 40000000 ~ 120000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Suppliers who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in ISSF Phase 1,2,3 Approved Laser Target (10m, 25m 0r 50m) or similar nature sports device supply and installation work. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Trade License & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Concerned officer of the department from a Government, Autonomous, semi-autonomous or specialized Organization under the government of Bangladesh. .
d) The Experience certificate must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.
e) Valid documents regarding Liquid asset, Average annual construction turn over, Financial Solvency, Tender capacity, manufacturer’s authorization and delivery schedule shall be submitted along with the tender.
f) Catalogue/ Detail Technical Specification of the proposed Laser Target shall be submitted along with the tender.
g) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS and PPA-2006, PPR-2008 (with latest amendment).
