Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Last 01 (one) years general experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk. 1,21,000/- under 01 (one) contract in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 1,21,000/- (ITT Clause-9.1; From PG2-5);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License for supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Sample [500 gm Unnotamaner Mashur Dal- Soru ] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
