(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.

(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under independent contractual arrangement in public sector of at least 1(one) Contract for Construction of 3 storied RCC frame structure building within the last 5 (Five) years, with the value of tenderer’s participation at least BDT 80.00 Lac only.

(c) The required average annual construction turnover i.e., total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than BDT 200.00 Lac only over the last 5 (Five) years.
"Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal"
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital, or Unconditional Credit Line, or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 12.00 Lac only.
Note: Tenderer shall submit the liquid asset in one or combination of more than one of the following three options. In case of Joint Venture, Lead & Individual partners must submit liquid asset individually.
