Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 933333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 933333 ~ 2800000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors /Construction Firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Electrical works.
b) Having experience in successful completion of installation work of at least 01(one) number lift of Sunny Brand valued not less than Tk 6.00 (Six) lakh only in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (Five) years amounting of Tk. 6.00 (Six ) lakh only.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7.00 (Fourteen) lakh only submitted in from PW2a-3 (Line of Credit).
e) Updated Trade licence, income Tax clearance and VAT Registration certificate.
f) Updated ABC category contractory & supervisory license issued form Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
g)The tenderer must have Sole Agencyship Certificate and Spares Supply Assurance Certificate from respective SUNNY Brand manufacturer.
h) The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of the lift (SUNNY Brand) Manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer.
i) Certificate from the Original Manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift (SUNNY) for the next 01 (one)year shall be submitted with the Tender.
