Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4166666 ~ 5000000.

The tenderer needs to follow the instruction before submitting the tender:
The number of TWs will decrease/increase; depending on allocation from the CE’s office.
The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in the Particular Specification Section. Certificates other than the specified format must contain information like (particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount, etc.). A tenderer failing to submit will be considered as “Non responsive” during evaluation.
No Experience Certificate, only Payment Certificate will be considered in Turn-over & Tender Capacity calculation during evaluation to avoid error in calculation.
In the case of liquid assets, a certificate with the statement from the bank should be submitted and in the case of credit facilities, it should be sanctioned and both must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of the IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
In case of tender capacity tenderer must submit the data/information regarding works in hand and committed works as per the Departmental prescribed format attached/uploaded in the General Specification Section as "Form-B". A tenderer failing to submit will be considered as “Non responsive” during evaluation.
If a tenderer wants to qualify more than one package, each package shall be qualified separately for Liquid Asset & Tender Capacity.
The Quoted boring rate should increase proportionally according to the depth of the well (From the bottom of the housing). Otherwise, the tender would be considered as “Non responsive” during evaluation.
