Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible reputed contractors who have the
following eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Firm/ Organization/ Manufacturer/ Authorized agent having a minimum of 05 years of general experience in goods and related Works. (From the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods (Similar nature Passenger Lift) of at least 01 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System, each with a value of at least Tk. 75.00 lac.
(i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(ii)In case of the work was done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district whose jurisdiction work has been done.
iii) In the case of the Goods Supplied under PWD, the above certifying and authenticating document must be available in the "Contractor Database & Management System" of www.pwd.gov.bd website.
c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 65.00 Lac within the last 05 years.
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset as Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 50.00 Lac.
e) The minimum production capacity of similar goods is not less than the tender amount in the current (calendar) year. A production capacity certificate from the manufacturer is allowable only.
