* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 35000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Tenderer shall submit up to date Import License.
2) Manufacturer authorization letter shall be submitted.
3) Product Test report from BSTI/ BUET/ BCSIR/ Equivalent mentioning major test parameters shall be submitted, at least 02 (Two) reports are required.
4) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 03 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
5) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 130 (One Hundred Thirty) Lakh under maximum 2 (Two) contracts in the last 3 (three) years.
6) Tenderer shall submit the sample to PE office and upload approved documents into e-GP before closing the tender.
7) The tenderer shall submit brochure and catalog of related items.
8) Declaration in letterhead pad that tenderer is able to supply 400 MT Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) within the time specified in schedule of supply or as per direction of PE.
9) Manufacturer and product ISO Certificate shall be submitted.
1o) Declaration in letterhead pad that tenderer will arrange factory visit according to the direction of PE after signing of contract.
