Eligibility criteria:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP System with the help
of online database system.
2. The Tenderers should be submitted attested copy of updated trade licence.
3. Updated VAT registration certificate.
4. Update TIN certificate & current year Income-tax clearance certificate.
5. Availability of the minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities is 35 Lakh from registered a Bank.
6. Tenderers have Press facilities in Dhaka with modern printing equipment and will have to submit enlistment certificate of Department of Printing and Publications.
7. Tenderers provide a certificate to correct any mistake found in the document within 6 (six) months.
8. Tenderers shall have overall experience in the supply of goods and related services at
least 10 (Ten) years.
9. Specific experience in the supply of printing of Upazila Nirdashika/similar items under a Single
contract value at least Tk.30.00 Lakh within 5 (Five) years.
10. The satisfactory completion of supply of printing of Upazila Nirdashika /similar items under a single contract value at
least Tk 30.00 lakh within 5 (Five) years.
11. Tenderers shall have updated registration certificate of Bangladesh Pustok Badai Baboshai Shomity and Bangladesh mudron Shilpa Samitty.
12. All Upazila nirdeshika will be send to respective Divisional/ Regional offices of SRDI by tenderer own cost.
13. The Tenderers should be submitted updated environment certificate,Fire licence certificate & DIFE certificate.
