The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the gas pipeline construction/ Maintenance/
Rehabilitation/Riser construction/Riser shifting or killing works shall be 7 (Seven) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
The Tenderer having current and valid enlistment certificate under category 1.3 or 1.4 of any Gas distribution company of Petrobangla and have minimum experience of construction of gas pipeline) or Pipeline maintenance or Pipeline rehabilitation or Riser killing or shifting works of at least 2(Two) contracts with in the last 10(Ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 9(Nine) Lakh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 18(Eighteen) Lakh of best 03(Three) years over the last 5 Years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12 (Twelve) Lakh. [Must be provides in form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit (Form PG2-5) in original form of Tk 1200000 (Twelve) Lakh or account Balance (stated in Bank statement for liquid assest) bank statement must issue within on or after publication of tender notice].
The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 2500000 (Twenty Five) Lakh.
