* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 11000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed contractors/supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in sports goods or sports related products supply works. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Trade License & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed works or supplies shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Concerned officer of the department from a Government or Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
d) The experience certificate must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.
d) The tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the TDS.
d) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
