Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk. 93,00,000/- (Ninety -Three Lac taka only).
3.The Tenderer shall have the specific experience for the supply of similar goods of a minimum Tk. 65,00,000/- (Sixty-Five Lac taka) under a maximun of Two contracts in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System [The Tenderer must submit evidence in the form of a contract completion certificate issued by the end users.]
4. Supply record of the supplier.
5. Manufacturer's / Engine Manufacturer's authorization is required. The authorization from the channel Partner/Distributor is also acceptable
6. The Tenderer should submit a valid trade license, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgment slip/ certificate, 13-digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per the current VAT Act.
7. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in the Tender document.
