Eligibility criteria:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP System with the help
of online database system.
2. The Tenderers should be submitted attested copy of import licence with the tender
documents.
3. The Tenderer should submit with its tender the following additional Updated document :
a. Current Year Trade Licence.
b. Updated VAT registration certificate .
c. E-TIN certificate.
d. IRC certificate.
e. Bank solvency certificate.
f. Recent import documents (LC/Invoice) amounting Tk. At least Taka 10.00 Lakh to be
submitted with the tender.
g. Full technical information, manufacturers name, brand name, country of
origin.
h. A Manufacture’s/Principals Authorisation Letter is required for the items
listed in Section 7: Schedule of Requirements and technical specification.
i. NID for owner of the firm.
j.Availability of the minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities is Tk 10 Lakh (Ten lakh) from a Bank or auditor’s report.
k. The Price of Equipment & accessories should be mentioned separately on the prescribed scheduled.
l. A certificated of at least one years assistance regarding Maintenance and repairs for spare parts.
m. Tender submission sheet/tender information sheet as per format.
