* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 466666 ~ 1400000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to date trade license, TIN Certificate, Vat, Reg. Certificate, Bank solvency Certificate.
2. Detail Technical Specification of offered item must be mentioned in letter head pad of the bidder with the technical offer.
3. All documents, literature, catalogue etc. must be submitted by the bidder with the Technical offer in English Language.
4. Material Supply, Installation & Commissioning will be done by the bidder as a single package.
5. After receiving NOA bidder has to submit a printed PVC banner of the design Display in actual size for the sample approval. P.O will be issue after sample approval.
6. 01 (One) year free maintenance service with replacement of bad equipment’s as necessary must be provided by the bidder as warranty coverage and accordingly
warranty certificate must be submitted with material. 10% of total billed amount shall be deducted as security money.
7. After successful Installation & Commissioning 90% payment will be made.
8. The bidder may visit the site at their own cost without any obligation to TSPCL, Patenga, Chattogram.
