Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature (civil works of building) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five point Zero) Lac. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac in the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats are not acceptable.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac. Credit Commitment certificate must be submitted in the prescribed Form in PW2-(a) from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 35.00 (Thirty five) lacs.
(f) The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC/BC electric license &supervisory license.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
