c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenders shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen lac).
d) The Tenders shall have Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 23.88 (Twenty Thiree Point Eight Eight) Lac for the last 05 (five) years. (The Annual Construction Turnover shall be counted by payment Certificate).
e) The Tenders shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 19.11 (Nineteen Point One One) lac only.
f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
