3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.00 Lac (Six Point Zero Zero lac)only.
4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 7.74 lac (Seven Point Seven Four lac) only.
Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
