Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tender should submit the certificate of followings:
a) Up to date VAT registration
b) Up to date income Tax Certificate
c) Up to date Trade License
d) Nationality Certificate
e) Authorization letter
2. A satisfactory completion of similar type of work experience at least TK. 13 Lac only (Thirteen Lac Taka) under single contract over a period of last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 13.0 Lac only (Thirteen Lac Taka).
4.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than or equal to TK. 13.0 Lac only (Thirteen Lac Taka) over the last 5(Five) years and in its support necessary payment certificate must be submitted with the tender.
5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC.
6. Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7. The Tender ID and the name of work must be mentioned in Authorized letter.
