Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 250000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 750000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract comprising of at least 3 nos multi storied Building in a single Contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) year, with a value not less than BDT. 2200.00 Lac (Twenty-Two Crore ) only.
3.The required average annual construction turnover (payment certificates will be considered) shall be greater than BDT. 1826.00 Lac (Eighteen Crore and Twenty-Six Lac) Only over the last 05 (Five) years (according to Form 3_Turnover Information attached section 7).
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset ie Bank Statement or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 365.00 Lac(Three Crore and Sixty-Five Lac) Only (Bank Statement or Credit Facilities issued not more than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract).
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: BDT. 2045.00 Lac (Twenty Crore and Forty-Five Lac) only.
6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender Updated ABC License from Electric Licensing Board.
