Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer will be treated as non-responsive due to failure to submit the following documents:

2) Updated TIN certificate (2022-23)
3) Updated VAT registration certificate
4) This invitation for tender is restricted to eligible tenderer(s) who has/have satisfactorily completed similar nature of work at least Tk 12 (Taka Twelve) lakh in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Corporations/ Autonomous Organization within last 5 (five) years.
5)The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit line facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 10.0 (Taka Ten) lakh from any scheduled Bank.
