* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 466666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1400000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.
b) The minimum specific experience as similar work of Tk.10.00 lac one contract successfully completed within the last 5 years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitents, is BDT15.00 lac
d) Annual Maintenance Turnover has to be BDT 15.00 lac during last 5 Years. (NBR Certification will be preferable)
e) The tenderer shall be the local agent/ distributor of the Central Plant AC and should enclose the same certificate which is mandatory.
f). Site visit is mandatory and the tenderer shall be submitted site visit report with the tender from authorized person of BTV.
