* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 170000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 56666 ~ 170000.

Eligibility criteria:
(i) Attested copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship/supplier certificate (where applicable). (ii) Attested copy of valid Trade License of current year. (iii) Attested copy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income Tax Return has been submitted quoting TIN Number/e-TIN Number. (iv) Attested copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate. (vi) Letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder. (vii) Copy of current bank solvency certificate. (viii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at LRS, P & L Support Directorate, Admin. Building, Biman, HSIA, Dhaka basis. (ix) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through cheque. (x) One LTR sample (Non-refundable) must be submitted by the bidder. Noted that interested bidder may submit sample from the floating date of tender (in office hours of working days) to 1100hrs(LT) of tender closing date. All participants are requested to submit sample in their letter head pad describing the complete specifications duly signed by the bidder. (xii) 10% security money on total value must be submitted after issuing the notification of award. (xiii) Biman Bangladesh Airlines reserves the right either to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof. (xiv) Above mentioned item which must have maximum rack life from manufacturing date. Expiry date must be mentioned. (xv) Component composition certificate from authorized authority/organization must be submited in the tender. (xvi) Must be mentioned name of the brand with seal & signature, (xvii) Open or lose condition chemical is not accept.
