Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13333333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
(b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 02(Two) years of specific experience in the supply of goods and services in the IT sector(Computers/Servers/Network Equipments/Softwares etc.) which shall be substantiated by submission of attested copies of completion certificates from any government organization (including semi-government and autonomous bodies) or in Banking sector or different Financial Institutes of Bangladesh.
(c) The minimum supply value of IT goods(Computers/Servers/Network Equipments /Softwares) under a single contract in the last 02(Two) years is minimum Tk. 50.00 Lac.
(d) A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility from any schedule Bank or Financial Institute of Bangladesh is minimum Tk. 1.00 crore.
(f) All other qualification will be applicable as specified in the TDS.
