* The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.1,20,00,000/- (one Crore- Twenty Lakhs Only) over the last 05 (Five) years.
* The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 22,00,000/- (Twenty Two Lakh Only).
