Eligibility criteria:
i) Not been prevented by the order of any Judicial Court from entering into and/or signing contract with the procuring entity as per PPA-2006, PPR-2008
ii) Minimum 05 (Five) Years period of general experience
iii) The specific experience (Work completion certificate along with NOA / work order should be submitted) of satisfactory completion of similar nature(Construction/Repair/Remodeling) of works (Civil & Electrical) of at least Tk 30 (Thirty) Lac in a single tender under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body in the last 05 (Five) years (from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper)
iv) Annual Average Turnover (Work completion certificate along with NOA / work order should be submitted) shall be at least Tk 70 (Seventy) Lac in the last 03 (Three) years (from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper)
v) Minimum Liquid Asset i.e working capital or credit limit should be of Tk 40 (Forty) Lac. Documents should be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 (Form is uploaded) must be submitted for this purpose.
vi) Information about Litigation.
vii) Up to date Trade License, Up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate etc.
