Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor/ Subcontractor/ Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience in Construction of Rigid Pavement Road at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least amounting more than BDT 60,00,000.00 (Sixty) Lac in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organaization.
iii) The experience should be accepted by certificate issued by designated officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent.
iv) The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum BDT 2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore) over the best 3(three) years in the last 5(five) financial years. Financial year wise payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
v) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 40,00,000.00 (Forty) Lac.
vi) The minimum Tender Capacity 75,00,000.00 (Seventy Five) Lac.
