Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1166666 ~ 3500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer should have a valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgment slip, 13 Digit BIN, and as per the current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
2. 02(Two) years General Experience of supply of goods
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience (Walkie-Talkie supply and related service) for the supply of goods of a minimum BDT 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lac Taka) under one contract in the last 8 (Eight) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. Updated “Radio Equipment importer and Vendor Enlistment certificate” from BTRC
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 13,00,000.00 (Thiteen Lac Taka)
6. Supplier has to complete the delivery of goods within 120(Hundred Twenty) days from the date of issuance of the BTRC Walkie-Talkie import approval copy.
7. The period of validity of the Warranty shall be : The Performance Security/ Guarantee shall be valid until the date of completion of supply of the goods. Performance Guarantee shall be released after 12(Twelve) month of getting satisfactory supply date.
8. Tax will be deducted at source as per GOB Rule. Supplier is responsible for paying the VAT the Mushak Challan-6.3 shall be provided at the time of delivery. Without Mushok 6.3, no payment will be executed.
9. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in Tender document.
