Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1316666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3950000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1316666 ~ 3950000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have the general experience of 5 Years & satisfactory completion of similar Nature of works under Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous/ Sector Corporation organization amounting not less than taka 850,000.00 ( Eight Lakh Fifty Thousand) only as a prime contractor in 01(One) contract/work order within last 5 years .
2. The required average Annual turnover of Works(similar Nature of works) must be greater than Tk.10 (Ten) lakh over the last 3 years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilites of the tender shall be BDT. 10 Lakh only which shall be supported by Bank Statement or in the form of Letter of Commitment for Bank's Unertaking for Line of Credit(Form PG2-5) .
4.If any tenderer doing 2(two) or more yearly emergency installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11kv, 11/0.4kv & 0.4 kv overhead lines and distribution transformer in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender
5.If any tenderer doing 2(two) DSS works or 1(one) DSS work and 1(one) installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11kv, 11/0.4kv & 0.4 kv overhead lines and distribution transformer in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender
6. Joint Venture/ Consortium shall not be eligible for this tender
7. All other terms and conditions will be as given in the Tender Document.
