Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4166666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(1) The Tenderer must have general experience of three (03) years.
2) The Tenderer must have an specific experience of Supply of mechanical iteems of an amount not less than Tk. 4,000,000.00 (Taka Forty Lakh) in a single contract within last three (03) years to any well reputed organization. The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Work Completion Certificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full details of the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price as executed, completion period with date, performance of supplied items, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4,000,000.00 (Taka Forty Lakh) on or after the date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents stating the amount must be submitted.
