Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 18333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 55000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 55000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. All the tenderers must be registered with e-GP portal through CPTU.
2. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS.
3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format (Form PW2a-3). Credit line facility certificate format is attached in section-7 in TDS. Without credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format tender declare as non-responsive.
4. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be Non- Responsive as per E-GP guidelines.
5. The site of protective works has not been acquired land of BWDB. No claim or compensation shall be entertained in this connection.
6. Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments/delay of works will not be entertained.
7. Quality & quantity of works (geo-bag quality & quantity, pre/post work) etc. shall be checked by BWDB Task Force Committee and decision of Task Force regarding bill payment will be treated as final decision.
8. Confirming the circular about Specific Experience, Turnover (See attached document of CPTU Circular in section 8: Particular Specification).
9. The Contractor shall keep records of still and video pictures of the works before start of work and after completion of works maintaining same angle of pictures at his own cost.
10. After completion of the tender opening process, if important documents/certificates related to tender evaluation are unavailable to download/unclear/without JV percentage/other important informations, the certificate would not be taken into consideration.
11. The contractor shall execute tests (Sand gradation test/polypropylene content etc.) by his own cost.
