* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1166666 ~ 3500000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The satisfactory supply record of Transformer Oil/Transformer Spares/Electrical Equipment or Spares/Power Plant Spares or Consumables of a minimum of Tk 9,00,000.00 (Nine Lakh) in any power system utilities within the last 3 (Three) years under a single contract. Work Completion Certificate / Acceptance Certificate/Supply Completion Certificate stated 'Final Contract Price as Executed' must be submitted as documentary evidence in support of the supply record otherwise the tenderer will be considered non-responsive. Notification of Award (NOA) or Purchase order (PO) or Contract agreement shall not be considered as proof of supply record. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 11,00,000.00 (Eleven Lakh) on or after the tender publication date in the e-GP system. Supporting document must be submitted (Stating the amount), otherwise, the tenderer will be considered non-responsive.
(c) The factory test report/certificate of analysis by the manufacturer of the offered transformer oil must be submitted along with the tender which should be complied with 'Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)' and the testing year of the submitted factory test report/certificate of analysis should be on or after 2022. otherwise, the tenderer will be considered non-responsive.
