Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 466666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 466666 ~ 1400000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Enlisted Up-to-date A1 & A2 category Contractors/Firms of Education Engineering Department
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities as per ITT 10.1 b & TDS of the Tenderer shall be Tk [4.00] lakh Only. Incase of Bank statement submitted by the Tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply the latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity(PE) even at the period of evaluation.
3. The satisfactory completion of similar Works of minimum Tk [3.00] lakh under maximum [1 (one)] contracts in the last [5 (five)] of years (any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies).
4. Turn over of all Works of minimum Tk [7.00] lakh in the last [5 (five)] of years.
5. The official estimate of this work is prepared and approved by following PWD rate schedule 2018.
6. Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a. Up to date EED License
b. Upto date income tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, Up to trade license certificate, National ID.
7. The Tender validity period shall be 120 days.
8. The amount of the Tender Security shall be BDT 14,000.00 (Fourteen Thousand Only)
9. All Certificates/Completion certificates have to be issued by at least PE/Executive Engineer/euivalent officer according to PPR/CPTU standard format. Otherwise will not be accepted.
10. The Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be 5% to 10% as per ppr 2008.
