Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4166666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer must have a minimum of three (03) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
b) The Tenderer must have an specific experience of supplying similar items of an amount not less than Tk. 45,00,000.00 (Forty-Five Lakh Taka) in a single contract within last three (03) years to any well reputed organization. The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Work Completion Certificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full details of the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price as executed, completion period with date, performance of supplied items, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 45,00,000.00 (Forty-Five Lakh Taka) on or after the date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents stating the amount must be submitted.
