Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 91733333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 275200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 91733333 ~ 275200000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply substation, generator, pump and related services shall be 05(Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier of substation, generator, pump and related services successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk 8.25 (Eight point two five) Crore in maximum 02 Nos contracts in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous/Private Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of work done under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying Authority shall be the officer of the organization ( not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed ( FORM-A).
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10.00( Ten point zero zero) Crore.
4. A Manufacturer's Authorization Letter is required as per TDS.
5. The tender must possess: (i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. (iii) Up-to-date trade license (iv) TIN certificate (v) Up-to-date Electrical Supervisory License & ABC License (vi) Attested copies of documents mentioned in Sl. No. (i), (ii), (iii),(iv) are to be submitted.
6. Necessary supporting documents must be submitted along with the Tender.All other document as mentioned in TDS and detail specification of substation and generator accomplying with ITT clauses.
