Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 70000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 210000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 70000000 ~ 210000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Medical Gas System and Distribution Line shall be 5 (five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management similar nature works (Medical Gas System and Distribution Line) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.420 lakhs.
(4) The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i)Up-to-date Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Up-to date ABC category Conbtractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
4) Only Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg.Annual Construction Turnover.
5) Copy of NOA and Agreement for All PE's Current Commitment and On-Going Works.
8) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.25.00 crore in the last 5 (Five) years.
9) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW3-7 of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 4.18 crore.
10) The minimum Tender capacity shall be; Tk. 6.26 Crore.
