Brief Description of Package: Supply necessary items for Water fountain infront of administrative building and related works.

* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
2) Tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 20 (Twenty) Lakh under maximum 2 (Two) contract in the last 3 (three) years.
3) The tenderer shall submit samples design to the PE office and upload approved copy into e-Gp before closing of tender.
4) Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).
5) Decleration in letterhead pad that tenderer will provide manpower such as Civil work supervisor having three years of experience, painter having two years of experience, cleaner, helper, mason having two years of experience etc.
6) Decleration in letterhead pad that tenderer will provide equipment such as Square,Trowel, Chisel, Bevel, Boaster, Brick Hammer, Scrubbing Brush, Buckets, Painting Brushes, Rooler Brushes, Mop etc.
