Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 135000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 13500000.

Eligibility criteria:

The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. A Valid update Trade License
2. Bank Solvency Certificate
3. A Valid Income Tax Certificate
4. A Valid Vat Registration Certificate
5. The Tender shall be completed and signed by an authorized representative of the Tenderer.
6. The Supplier should have manufacturer authorization certificate for mention brand.
7. The Supplier should have Supply Original Tonner that will be tested by PE.
8. The Supplier should have quoted the original tonner price, if price is less than 10 percent of estimated price or higher than 10 percent of estimated price the quoted Tender will be invalid.
9. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines (s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 90.00 (Ninety) lakh for the works. Document evidence for the above liquid assets/credit facilities shall be submitted with the tender. Conditional certificate shall not acceptable.
10. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 1 under maximum 5 contracts in the last 5 of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 80,00,000/-
11. The wining bidder must submit the original chalan from manufecture/partner/Distrbutor after supplying of the tonner. Need to replace the tonner (if need) during receiving in case of damage or mismatch with the specification.
