Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I)The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(II) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 16.00 lakh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk .18.00 lakh
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Cholar Dal] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
