Brief Description of Package: Supply of Skilled Labour for Carrying of Sodium Hypochlorite, PAC, Acid (Hydrochloric, Sulfuric), Caustic soda, Ammonium hydroxide, Hydrazine, phosphate etc. for water treatment plant of Haripur 412 MW CCPP and also supply of Non-Skilled Labour for GT Washable Filter Cleaning Works of Haripur 412 MW CCPP, EGCB Ltd.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1083333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3250000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1083333 ~ 3250000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must have general experience for last 04 (Four) years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Taka Eight lac (8,00,000/-) under a single of contract over a period of last Four (04) years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper, shall be required.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 3,00,000/-(Three Lac).
4. The Tenderer shall submit his Valid & updated Trade License, Tax Return Slip/Income Tax Certificate of last FY 2022-23 including TIN Certificate.
5. The Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, shall not be insolvent, are not restrained or barred from participating in Public Procurement, should not have a conflict of interest, according to EGCB Procurement Policy, 2015.
