Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 19500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6500000 ~ 19500000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers must have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience of Electro-mechanical works (Tenderer will ensure that there is no debarment record within ten years).
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (five) numbers supply contract of Lift and related services within last 5 (five) years.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 3 (three) number similar nature of works within last 3 (three) years, amounting a value of at least Tk. 55 (fifty-five) Lac in each contract in any Govt. /Semi Govt./Autonomous organization. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The tenderer shall be certified partner/ distributor of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
The tenderer must have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned project.
The Tenderer shall give the assurance from the manufacturing company to supply of spare parts for minimum 15 (Fifteen) years.
The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities Tk. 60 (Sixty) Lac.
The tenderer must have ABC Category and Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board.
The Tenderer must provide the Previous proper LC and shipment documents.
The Tenderer must provide company profile and list & CV of Technical personnel.
The Tenderer shall have 2 (Two) years’ experience of specific proposed brand maintenance of minimum 2 nos. of lift.
The tenderer shall have submitted Monthly servicing Charge and List of essential Spare Parts required with a price list valid up to 12 (twelve) months from completion the warranty period.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
