* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of overall experience (Tenderer will ensure that there is no debarment record within 5 (five) years).
• The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (Five) numbers supply contract of goods and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh
• The satisfactory completion of supply of similar type Air Conditioner and Related Services of minimum BDT 20 (twenty) Lac under a single contract in the last 3 (Three) years in any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
• The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities Tk.20 (twenty) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
• The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned project.
• The Tenderer shall give the assurance from the manufacturing company to supply of spare parts for minimum 5 (Five) years.
• The tenderer must provide company profile and list & CV of Technical personnel.
• Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
• All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
