Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 450000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 150000 ~ 450000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be Three (03) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. Tenderer must have experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (ABC Powder/CO2/Chemicals/Gas/Foam/similar goods) of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last Three (03) years, with a value of at least Taka 1,00,000/-(Taka One Lac); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Taka 1,50,000/-(Taka One Lac Fifty Thousand) only.
4. The Tenderer shall submit his Valid & updated Trade License, Tax Return Slip/Income Tax Certificate of last FY 2022-23 including TIN Certificate.
5. The Tenderer shall submit his BSTI License for fire fighting equipment supply or refilling work.
6. The Tenderer shall submit his Valid License from Fire Service and Civil Defense of Bangladesh.
7. The Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, shall not be insolvent, are not restrained or barred from participating in Public Procurement, should not have a conflict of interest, according to EGCB Procurement Policy, 2015.
