* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03(Three) years; (year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp system.)
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 02(Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years ; each with a value of at least Tk 35.00 (Thirty Five) lac ; (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp system.)
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) (Form PG3-8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 75.00 (Seventy Five lac) Lac;
4. Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
5. Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
6. e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
7. Up-to-date Drug License of the Manufacturer;
8. Up-to-date Annexure for each item;
9. At least 12 (twelve) years Continue production documents;
10. Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier);
11. Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
12. Sample of all item of medicine (one strip) must be submitted to the PE Office as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time;
13. Supply will be in two parts in each 06 (six) month according to distribution schedule;
