Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1166666 ~ 3500000.
Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods as supplier shall be 6(six) years.
The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of fire extinguisher at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years, with a contract value of at least Tk 8 (Eight) Lakh in any Goverment/Semi-Goverment/Autonomous organization or renowned private company . As evidence whereof the tenderer must submit the completion certificate issued by the client. The year will be counted backward from the date of publishing IFT in the e-gp portal.
The minimum amount of liquid assets ie working capital or credit lines(s) of the tenderer shall be 11 (Eleven) Lakh
Then tenderer shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
Client list with reference as well as copy of successfully completed work order or work completion certificate.
Copy of Valid Trade license
Copy of TIN certificate & Tax clearance certificate(updated)
Copy of VAT certificate
Tender security
Technical specification and catalogue or brochure of extinguishers.
Authorized dealer or distributor of any reputed brand with relevant proof of authorization.
