Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1266666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1266666 ~ 3800000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) The Tenderer shall have minimum 03(Three) years overall experience in supply of printing accessories.
B) The satisfactory completion of supply of printing related accessories of minimum BDT 11 Lac in the last 03 (Three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
C) The Tenderer will have to submit up to date (a) Income Tax Clearance Certificate , (b) TINCertificate, (c) Valid Trade License, (d) Bank Solvency Certificate, (e) VAT Registration Certificate.
D) The Tenderer have to submit sample for the item no 04 (05 litter), item no 05 (05 litter), item no 10 (05 litter), Item no 11 (20 litter) & item no 12 (05 litter) of the goods mentioned in the technical specification & price schedule, to the procuring entity of Government Printing Press between the publishing and closing time of the tender (If the submitted samples are not as per the specification of guide sample, the tender will be considered as non-responsive).
E) Procuring entity’s confirmation on sample submission must be submitted with the tender document.
F) The Tenderer will have to submit Certificate of Liquid Asset /Working Capital/Credit Facilityindicating the minimum amount of BDT 11 Lac only within selling Tender Document and dropping date.
G) The Tenderer will have to submit Manufacturer/ Distributor’s Authorization Letter &Catalogue (if any/as per Specification)
