Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) The Tenderer shall have minimum 03(Three) years overall experience in Business.
B) The satisfactory completion of supply of PS plate & thermal plate of minimum BDT 80 Lac in the last 03 (Three) years in Any government/ semi-government / autonomous organization in Bangladesh, counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
C) The Tenderer will have to submit up to date (a) Income Tax Clearance Certificate , (b) TINCertificate, (c) Valid Trade License d) Bank Solvency Certificate, (e) VAT RegistrationCertificate.
D) The Tenderer have to submit 01 (one) original intact packet (50 pieces) sample of each item of the goods mentioned in the technical specification & price schedule to the procuring entity of Government Printing Press between the publishing and closing time of the tender (If the submitted samples are not as per the specification of guide sample, the tender will be considered as non-responsive).
E) Procuring entity’s confirmation on sample submission must be submitted with the tender document.
F) The Tenderer will have to submit Certificate of Liquid Asset /Working Capital/Credit Facilityindicating the minimum amount of BDT 80 Lac only within selling Tender Document anddropping date.
G) The Tenderer will have to submit Manufacturer/ Distributor’s Authorization Letter &Catalogue (if any/as per Specification)
