3) Tenderer shall submit samples design & drawing to the PE office and upload approved forwarding letter into e-Gp before closing of tender.
4) Decleration on letterhead pad that tenderer will supply all items as per sample and design approved by engineer in charge.
5) Proven documents of own/ rent workshop facility with lathe machine, shaper machine, milling machine, drilling machine, grinding machine, welding systems, etc.
6) Manufacturer/ Sole Distributor authorization letter shall be submitted.
