Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 12500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 37500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 12500000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 contract of Similar nature building construction works successfully Completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least TK.112Lakh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 370 Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 50 Lakh (must be in the form of PW 3-7).
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: 112 Lakh.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, VAT registration , Electrical ABC contractor license and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
7. The tenderers must submit the letter of Acceptance of the WB`s Anticorruption Guidelines and Sections Framework.
8. Commitment with the ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT & MITIGATION MEASURES OF COVID-19 AF PROJECT.(See details in Tender notice)
