Note: Project Director will preserve the right to relocate surplus labs from Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Khulna and Sylhet Division to adjacent its divisions/areas (if required).

Eligibility criteria:
(i) The Tenderer must submit valid Trade Licence copy for 2022-2023 and consecutive last five years valid Trade Licence copy.
(ii) The Tenderer must have Valid VAT Registration/13 Digit BIN Certificate.
(iii) Income Tax Clearance/Submission Certificate for the income tax Year assessment year 2022-2023; with TIN Certificate.
(iv) Tenderer must have to submit Certificate in Corporation.
(v) Tenderer must submit updated Certificates of its own Manufacturing Plants Certificate from appropriate authority.
(vi) Original Catalogue must be submitted by the bidder as per specifications.
(vii) The Tenderer must have to provide Update Certificate of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:20185 as Furniture manufacture.
