Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER.
(Where applicable).
i) Photocopy of valid Trade license of current year.
ii) Photocopy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current income tax return has been submitted quoting TIN no.
iii) Photocopy of up-to date valid VAT registration certificate.
iv) Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (As applicable)
v) The Tenderer shall have minimum 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed hospitality industry with the offer.
vi) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly. As proof of solvency, the bidders shall submit the copy of recent Bank Statement/certificate (Min. previous 12 month and not older than 15 days from the date of tender opening) showing the minimum liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 10% of the total quoted price (In case of local agent/supplier).
vii) Sample of Mango Hot Pickle(400-500gm bottle)(Minimum 02 bottle) mentioning production & expiry date must be submitted (non refundable)with the offer and ensure that the sample should reach before opening the tender.The reputed brand item will be given preference.
viii) Brand and origin must be mentioned in the price schedule form of e-PG3-3A at column -07.
